I believe plant wisdom should be the ultimate tool for empowerment, not another source of shame or exclusion.

 

So many of us carry the heavy weight of disconnection—a missing piece of ancestral wisdom that modern life fails to replace.

 

My mission is to help you re-forge that resilient connection on your own terms.

 

Because I, too, didn't have access to ancestors who could teach me these ways, I sought out the most grounded education available: I leveraged a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Herbalism. These credentials became the framework for the fiercely balanced and responsible approach I now share.

 

I've condensed 15 years of learning (and unlearning) into my offerings, sharing only the viable, ethical knowledge.

 

My practice is rooted in nature and grounded in science: I believe we all should have the ability to call upon any tool we need to—herbal, conventional, or otherwise—to navigate our complicated, often oppressive world.
