I believe in the accessibility of herbalism, and far too often (thanks to capitalism)
the folks who stand to benefit the most from herbal knowledge
have the least access to it.

Add to that the fact that a good portion of what we know about herbs (including modern research on them) is thanks to black and indigenous healers, many of whom had to hide or disconnect from their ancestral traditions for their own safety only to have their descendants see them repackaged and sold as wellness culture.

For this reason, bipoc students can apply for a sliding-scale scholarship for Rootcraft Herbalism courses.
